I custom & personalized T-shirts, Mugs, Christmas Ornaments, Tutus, etc. For any personalized item you are responsible for the correct spelling of a name.
For any custom order if you need it sooner please you must let me know on time, Custom orders as crochet items will take a bit longer do the fact that I hand crochet every item. ej; crochet baby sets, crochet hats, crochet sleepers, etc.
I ship all my items by Priority Mail, Once your order is finished it will be shipped by Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number to keep track of your package, Priority Mail takes 2-3 days delivery based on your city & state. This only applies to US continent.
For International I ship all packages First Class International Mail and it can take 10-15 days for delivery based on your Country & city. You will also Receive a tracking number.
For any custom or personalized orders I do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please understand due to the nature of a personalized item I can accept any return or exchanges since I will have no use for a personalized item, nor will be able to sell it.
We do not offer exchanges on Personalized for wrong size ordered, please make sure to choose the correct size.
If it is a non-personalized item to be exchanged Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If any of the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original condition means Clothing, Hats, Etc. the item must not be worn, washed or torn, I will inspect every item & exchanged will be denied.
